Privacy

Last updated: 24 October 2026. Operator contact: sdaniiar95@gmail.com.

Who we are

spesh provides an AI-visibility workspace. The legal operator, address, and representative belong on the imprint. Until counsel fills those fields, treat this site as pre-launch.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash, role, and invite status.
  • Lead and prospect data you submit: company, website, email, notes, and tool inputs.
  • Workspace content: brand kits, knowledge documents, source URLs, articles, and CMS connection metadata.
  • Measurement data: prompt text, engine, live/simulated/fallback label, excerpts, and cited URLs returned by configured providers.
  • Technical logs: IP address used for rate limits, and standard server logs from the host.

Why we use it

To run the workspace you asked for: prospect tracking, technical audits of public URLs, mention checks, grounded drafts, CMS publishing, and scheduled jobs. We do not sell contact lists.

Processors

Hosting and the database you configure (JSON disk or Postgres). When you set API keys, prompts and drafts are sent to those providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic, SerpAPI, Voyage, WordPress, or Webflow). Their terms apply to that traffic.

Retention and security

Workspace data stays until an admin deletes it or exports and removes the store. CMS credentials are encrypted at rest. Session cookies are httpOnly. Production boot refuses default admin and session secrets.

Your requests

Email sdaniiar95@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete prospect data you submitted. Counsel should add the lawful basis, international transfer terms, and retention schedule that apply to your entity.
